The response to the Plumbers week has been absolutely tremendous. After having started on a low note and with just a few members of the plumbing community bring a part of it, everybody has their own share of thoughts as to how itll progress and whether or not it was worth all the preparatory effort.

When we first went ahead with this small idea in our head, we were inundated with a trillion doubts as to how such an unconventional event will be responded to. Everyone involved in this noble effort was somewhere very skeptical about it. Well, and then we thought, lets just go ahead!

And Im happy that we chose to support it. The kind of encouragement building up its done for the plumbers is brilliant. Besides this, it has given an excitement to a lot many professionals that their work can be respected by one and all.

The whole idea is- everyone needs some excitement in their professional sphere sometime or the other. For a community of plumbing experts, we did it not out of any coercion but because we knew that this would further do them a great deal of benefit.

To tell you a little about the details- the week opened with some fun games for plumbers. Some took this opportunity to advertise their skills and fetch more business. Some addressed general plumbing issues at large and some spoke of this community in general. All in all, the participation was surprising and encouraging both.

Next we all witnessed some really interesting contests for plumbers wherein they stood to gain handsome gifts and prizes like some home appliances, a trip to the nearby adventure Island and a host of other small attractions.

As we stepped into the second half of the Plumbers week, we strongly noticed plumbing works going up in general .There were a lot of residential and commercial people seeking the aid of a plumber for plumbing issues. This gave a good visibility for these plumbing experts.

The most beautiful part of this fair is that it instilled the apt quantity of enthusiasm in both the parties- the plumbing professionals as well as potential clients. And if word is to be believed, then workers from other professions also want something like this to happen for them. Good enough, isnt it?

A strong and positive measure has been taken towards the upliftment of the talented roofers community in the form of a housing society that has been built exclusively for them. This step is certainly a salute to them for their having made so many buildings and structures look regal.

Hazardous weather conditions and still having to work is a norm for a roofer. So giving them this comfort is not a sin for sure. In fact, its quite a well-earned privilege.

What delights me most in case of the incredible roofing community is the way these guys have come up the ladder based on their talent only. From being a profession that has always stood outside the spotlight, this really is like a breath of fresh air.

Somewhat, even the recent past has seen that Roofing has picked up its image and its standard.
